One Lake Canon Station

This rough grading project located on the 60-acre site involves over 320,000 cubic yards of excavation. The equipment spread consisted of three dozers (D8, D9 and D10) along with eight scrapers (combinations of 627 and 631). KDW rough graded four new surrounding villages that will house 207 lots and stockpiled the remaining material for future villages of the development. The site will be made up of a new residential development of multiple villages, park area, and community clubhouse for the McKinley Partners.
