New Modesto Courthouse

This project located on the 4-acre site involves handling over 30,000 cubic yards of excavation. It entails a remedial over-excavation in various depths between three to fifteen feet all throughout the site. The project includes a basement excavation approximately nineteen feet from original ground. Upon completion with new improvements that includes landscape areas, concrete flatwork and parking lot, the New Modesto Courthouse will replace the existing Modesto Courthouse.
