UC Davis Hospital Bed Replacement Tower Make Ready

In preparation for the new construction of the Hospital Bed Replacement Tower, the Make Ready project will be the beginning part of a three-phase construction. This project includes multiple phases of demolition of the existing landscape, median and roadway of the main streets into the UC Davis Hospital and surrounding facilities. The site work includes adjustment and realignment of existing streets including paving, landscaping, and walkways. Reconfiguration of the new ambulance and public entry into the existing emergency department. The overall project will be performed under the agency and jurisdiction of both the Office of Statewide Health Planning and Development (OSHPD), UC Davis Hospital and City of Sacramento.
