Alameda Marina

Project located near the edge of the bay creating potentially saturated soil conditions. We have 8,000 cubic yards of remedial excavations to remove hazardous materials characterized as RCRA soil to approved receiving facilities. Due to the high water table and fluctuating tides, the project requires a harvesting operation to generate a 32,000 cubic yard surcharge pile to establish stable building pads for future homes. Many strategic meetings with our trade partners have helped create a solid schedule to manage a complex project. Site consists of 22 multi-family buildings with a minor off-site package.
