Compass Bay

Project located near the edge of the bay creating saturated soil conditions. We furnished and installed 275,000 sf of Mirafi RS580i to help stabilize the existing grade due to the high water table and the daily tides. We imported 75,000 cubic yards of material to provide a balanced site. Cement treatment on subgrade was performed to help stabilize the subgrade and maintain schedule through the winter months. The project created 35 Multi-Family buildings and had a robust off-site improvement package.
