Green Valley II Apartments

KDW broke ground on August 17th, 2020. The project consisted of erosion control, tree and shrub removal, site rough grade, soil treatment within the three building pads and parking lot/drive isles, new asphalt parking lot, onsite flatwork around the buildings/pool/activity areas, and offsite flatwork/road improvements reviewed by the City of Fairfield.
