Savona

Savona was a 100-unit, surgical grading site where we uncovered massive amounts of debris and garbage found in a site previously used as a landfill. Although the site’s soil was tested prior to construction, the extent of the debris far exceeded all predictions. We worked closely with Lennar Homes & ENGEO to execute remediation on a very challenging soil management plan. We also flip-flopped 70,000 cubic yards of soil onsite, per the soil handling plan. Despite these significant challenges, we were able to maintain the original project dates.
