Citation

The Citation project was the last phase of a 4-part project and consisted of 5 acres with 98 high-density units. This made access extremely difficult as many parts of the site were already occupied by new home owners. The project required more than 20,000 cubic yards of over-excavation and recompaction. In order to maintain the developers schedule, virtually all the soil needed to be chemically treated due to saturation levels. KDW was able to beat our original schedule, allowing the developer to start home construction earlier than anticipated.
