Radius

The Radius project was an 18-acre site and comprised of both single-family homes and high density attached homes. It was built during the 2016 winter months where we had heavy rainfall. That storm system saturated the site and required us to chemically treat the soils to maintain the developer’s schedule. The trade partners worked together seamlessly and achieved the goal of getting the entire backbone streets completed, allowing the developer to continue building homes despite the inclement weather. We moved more than 60,000 cubic yards of soil on this project.
