Primrose

This was KDW’s first project in San Juaquin County. The project was a 61 lot, single-family residential development. We moved 15,000 cubic yards while maintaining dust control in a very windy part of Tracy, without a single complaint from the City or neighboring properties. During the bid process KDW recognized an issue with the earthwork balance.  The site was going to be in excess of soil, but we worked with the developer to make elevation changes in order to minimize the excess soil. During the project, KDW established a new and successful relationship with the City of Tracy and met all milestones on the developer’s schedule.
