Waters Tech Park

Waters Tech consisted of 20 multi-family homes, 29 single family homes, and included off-site improvements. The site required off-haul of 80,000 cubic yards, which was mostly made up of surcharged material. The use of DDC drilling and lightweight fill was included in the engineering process, due to high ground water levels, to provide the homes with a stable and solid foundation. We managed the construction through inclement weather, which required the utilization of cement treatment on the roadways and building pads. This helped maintain the project schedule so home construction could continue through the winter months.
