Due to Tesla’s rapid expansion, they had an urgent need for an expanded parking lot at their plant in Fremont, California. With the help of the general contractor (C.W. Driver) and the civil engineer, KDW worked hard to create a design for a temporary parking lot which would maximize the capacity of the proposed parking lot, while also reducing the overall cost to the owner. This strategy allowed KDW to successfully beat the original schedule, allowing Tesla’s employees to access the new lot earlier than expected.
